Great Grandma Maxwell meets Elliot

Great Grandma Maxwell (June) met Elliot this past Monday, which happens to also have been Opening Day for the Reds. June is an avid Reds fan and spent her day watching the ball game with her friends at Maple Knoll, only to finish off her day with a visit to see her Great Grandson, Elliot. Needless to say it was a long day for June, but a proud one.

Jason had the great idea of breaking out the Polaroid camera so Great Grandma could have instant photos to take back to Maple Knoll and share with her friends. She was thrilled! We also sent her home with one of the professional photos taken at the hospital to be framed and placed on her living room table. She was all smiles! We look forward to more photo shoots with Great Grandma June :)

Grandma Linda made us a great homemade dinner to share that night. Unfortunately my dinner was cut short due to Elliot needing to breastfeed (crazy how quickly his 2-3 hour intervals between feedings fly by) and Great Grandma Maxwell and Grandma Linda weren't able to enjoy Graeter's Black Raspberry Chip with us. Still, our visit was enjoyable (as always) and Elliot can't wait to do it again.
